THANK YOU PETER!!!!!!!

Peter, I would like to take this opportunity to say “Thank You!”.  I am so pleased with the two beach homes you built for me.  I mostly appreciate you handling everything from the actual build of the homes to the design and layout and even the furniture.  From day one you were on every detail of my homes on Pensacola Beach.  You have a terrific eye for color, details, and can visualize the finished project when there was nothing but a blank canvas.  I have had numerous compliments from friends, family and neighbors on all of the items you picked out.

You have been there for me on my first house before the sale, during the build, and most of all after the homes were completed.  Two years later you still came back and touched up the paint, and fixed any small issues at no cost.

I was so impressed and genuinely thrilled with my first house by Future Surroundings, I decided to build another one with you just recently.  I did not think I could be happier than I was with my first house, but I was wrong, I even love my most recent house more!  Again you picked out all of the tile, gorgeous granite counter tops, paint colors, lighting, fixtures, carpet, and even helped me arrange all of my furniture without cost.  You designed the floor plan, decks, windows, and came in under budget on the project, truly hard to find when building a new house.  I am always willing to show other potential customers my homes, as I feel they proved to be the best value, and highest quality and strength on the beach!

I definitely, and unquestionably, recommend Future Surroundings gulf Coast without reservation!

Thank you again,

Freddie Falgout

Shortly after the economic down turn of late 2008, my wife and I decided to place our renovated 100 year old home on the market in an effort to relieve some of our financial burden in order to hold on to other real estate related investments.  We sold the home in August 2009 and moved to our normal rental beach condominium.  As we pondered what to do for a new permanent residence I began to hear stories about how cheaply one could build on the beach and on pilings.  I have owned a vacant beach lot for 8 years way before recent hurricanes created about 250 additional vacant beach lots.  Because of this coupled with the reduced property values we decided to look into building on the beach and living in it until the market recovers.

We hired a local Architect to draw preliminary plans in order to get stick build pricing.  About this time we found out about Future Surroundings Gulf Coast and they insisted that they could convert my custom plan to modular and be competitive with top quality construction.

I did not know too much about modular building but being an Engineer I could tell from the specifications and viewing of the company web site that Modular was the way to go.  In the past I have had two homes built and one heavily renovated and I did not want to go through 8 months of stick build construction and the stress of monitoring the progress or typically lack there of.  I was interested in it showing up with very little to do before taking occupancy.  I knew up front how critical it would be to be sure to carefully pick out the options because once the home arrived that is what we got with little chance to make changes.

By going with the factory built modular home not only was I able to stay within my budget but I got to equip the home with options that believe would not have been affordable with a stick builder.  Several upgrades that I was able to incorporate in the finished product were metal roof, granite counter tops in kitchen and master bath, wood floors, and spray foam insulation in the attic.  The plumbing and light fixtures from the factory are nice as well as the cabinets.  The interior trim package with base board, crown moulding, coastal door and window trim and wrapped windows, interior doors and closet shelving is all done with an upscale custom look and feel.  I addition we also have impact low e windows and doors and pre-painted hardie siding.  I can’t wait to enjoy then sell this home so I can do another one on one of my other vacant parcels.

Peter,

Now that our beautiful beach home, Sweet Olive, is completed, we just wanted to say thank you so much for making that journey such a wonderful and exciting experience.  Somehow when we first met you and toured your model home, we knew that we had found the perfect person to build our vacation spot.

You helped us through each phase of building with the patience and persistence that we have really come to appreciate.  In fact, truth be told, you really took over for us since you knew that we were trying to build our vacation home from three states away.  You were dedicated to making us happy and to providing us with a new home that would be safe, comfortable, and beautiful.  Knowing that we couldn’t do all the decision making from such a long distance in a timely manner, you took the time to communicate with us and get to know us well enough to make those decisions for us.  Your commitment to excellence and good taste is evident in every detail of our new home from the fixtures to the colors of paint.  We couldn’t be happier!

We appreciate all of the advice you gave us (and continue to give us) on the care of our home and the assistance you have provided us with on who to contact with little projects that we have undertaken to make Sweet Olive even better.  Even now that our home is completed, you are still there to be sure that we are satisfied and have everything we need.  We love showing off our new “home away from home”, we feel safe and secure even during those high winds, and we know that we have a home that is the perfect example of Future Surroundings ability to provide a home of excellent quality, value, and continued service.

Our home will be a place of fond memories for us and for our children in the years to come, and among those first memories will be how wonderful you made the process of building Sweet Olive for us.

Thank you for everything,

–David and Susan Patterson
