The Future Surroundings System Built Process:
- The customer decides they want to rebuild on their lot on the beach or neighborhood
- Look at surveys to decide what will fit on your property
- I then work with the customer on all of my available floor plans, over 100 and counting, or we can design the house custom
- we have no architectural fees, a large savings over using an architect
- once we design house and select finish level, I then price the home
- Unlike a traditional stick builder, where they quote a low per square foot price, and then once they begin they add in all kinds of extras, we give a contract of the final price of the home itself to the penny, no over allowances
- I then get contracts on all of the finish work to be done on site like the foundation, driveway, stairs, extra decks, etc, and give a total combined price for the house itself, and the finish work by each company
- Another great thing is our homes are completed to 90% off site in a controlled environment, no weather delays, no materials left out in the weather, no theft issues
- As you may know in traditional building the problems usually are with the subcontractors, not showing up, no insurance, etc. With our style of building we alleviate 90% of that, and only need to have subs finish out 10% of the home, making for long distance home owners to not have to try and over see the building of their home for 12-18 months.
- Our homes take about 2-3 weeks to be built off site, then are delivered, and set in 1 day. From there it takes about 30-90 days for completion depending on size and finish. What takes the longest is picking out what you want and getting it priced.
- We will handle the whole process for you from design to permits, letting you handle your day to day obligations.
